  • What are the shipping options?

Due to COVID19 some deliveries may be delayed

- Free delivery within the UK (via Royal Mail) – 10 - 14 days

- £5.5 Courier delivery (via DPD) – 4 – 7 days

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

Whilst rare packages sometimes get lost. If this is the case, please contact us at sales@oddshape.co.uk so we could track and chase it for you. Please give it at least 14 days before raising an query, as due to COVID19 some deliveries may be delayed beyond our control.
If an order is lost we will send you a replacement within 14 days after we confirm the issue.

    • What do I do if I received a defective order?

      If a product has a manufacturing defect we will replace it. Please read our full Return and Refund policy here.

       

      • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

      If you have placed an order we cannot make additional changes. If you ordered a wrong size or colour email us at sales@oddshape.co.uk ASAP, so we can try correct it before it gets printed and shipped.  

      • What Ethical, Environmental and Trade standards do you cover?

       We believe that business should help the Planet not exhaust it! Our business philosophy is built entirely on sustainability so we aim to provide the highest standards and quality to our customers.  Our packaging is plastic free! All our products are tracible back to the farm or the factory, sourced and produced sustainably on every step of their cycle. We only work with certified Organic, FairTrade, Vegan, Cruelty-free manufacturers.
      Additionally Odd Shape ltd is registered as Climate Positive Workforce with ecologi.com to neutralise our impact and plant trees for every product to help fighting deforestation. You can read more about our contribution here.

      We are just starting, but we want to make a change and this is why we are working towards bringing more recycled products and provide more options for sustainable fashion, including fabrics and innovations. Stay tuned..

    • Why Organic and Recycled Fabrics and? What’s with the Vegan Inks?

    • Organic fabrics do NOT use pesticides and require much less water in production. This means that they are protecting the soil so it will not contaminate waters and farms. Organic fabrics do not use  dangerous toxic chemicals during manufacturing which makes them safe to the skin, even for babies and environment. They do not cause or irritate allergic reactions Same applies for the Inks, we only use non-toxic and Vegan inks to keep the product quality high and support other responsible manufacturers. All our products are also Cruelty-free, meaning no animal products has been used during the production. We just love and respect the Environment so we want to work only with like-minded companies.
